AI Emaily puts Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and IMAP into one inbox, with AI that triages the pile and drafts replies in your voice.
Look at that tier table. $69 gives you 100 AI credits a month. Used every day, that is about three drafts a day, and drafting is the entire product. That is a demo, not a tool. Autopilot and bring your own key, the two things that uncap it, both start at $379. The features at the top of the deal page are not what the cheap tier gets you.
The company was founded on January 1, 2026. That is a brand new product asking for $379. I am also careful about who gets into my mailbox, because whoever has your inbox has access to everyone in it.
The reviews are five stars, so some people are clearly happy, and I am not dismissing that.
But the alternatives are close and cheap. Gemini already drafts replies inside Gmail, for free. Shortwave is $18 a month and has a free tier, though only for Gmail for now, with Outlook on a waitlist. If you live in Outlook, that is the one opening AI Emaily has.
My verdict: 2 stars, pass. Not because it is a bad product, but because $69 buys three drafts a day. Use the free tools you already have.
