Hello Aria lets you message an assistant on WhatsApp, Slack or Telegram with text, a voice note or a photo, and it turns that into a task, a reminder, a note or a calendar event. It can even call you on the phone with a reminder, which is a touch I had not seen before and genuinely like.
Then you read license tier one. Five voice notes a month. Five image analyses a month. Reminders fire one time and never repeat. That is a reminder app that reminds you once, at $39. Google Calendar and Google Meet are not included either, and those cost the vendor nothing.
There is one correction to make in its favor. The FAQ says a free Gemini key lifts the voice note limit on tier one, and bring your own key works across five providers. What a key does not lift is the reminders. Those fire once until you pay $99.
The higher tiers are a different product. No red X's, and custom integrations, which I live by. I wear a ring that records my audio and connects to my own software. But I am not spending $199 on a tool when I do not know what its custom integrations even are.
The company is two years old and the roadmap is organized, with a 2027 quarter already scheduled. Reviews are mostly five stars.
My verdict: 3 stars, maybe, and a pass for me. Definitely not tier one. Tier one is a slap in the face.
