inTouch · Bought last week on AppSumo. One week of real use.

Last week I bought inTouch at four stars and said I would come back after using it. Here is the week.

Onboarding is manual. There is no automated setup: you email them, they send a PDF, you fill it in and send it back. It works, and it is slower than it should be in 2026.

The bug I hit was timezones. I scheduled an email, it did not go out, and then it went out seven hours later. That happened because I supplied a timezone. If I had left it alone it would have sent in my own time. I reported it and support was on it the same day.

Support is the best part of the product. They answered inside 24 hours every time, and a real person named Ivan followed up rather than closing the ticket. That alone would push a borderline tool up for me.

What keeps it off five is the branding. It stays on every tier right up to $429. Everything else works the way it says it does, and it was not thrown together in a day.

My verdict: still 4 stars, still using it. A little buggy, not the easiest to learn, and it does the job.
